Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

You will

• Own the development of product features end-to-end, including scoping, architecting, coding, testing, and deploying
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to solve user problems
• Improve developer productivity through process and code improvements, and mentorship
• Work on a distributed team

You have

• Experience building complex web products end-to-end
• Expertise across the full stack (frontend, backend, and everything in between)
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React (or similar JavaScript frameworks)
• Strong written communication skills in a documentation-first culture
• Ability to work autonomously and drive your projects forward
• High empathy towards teammates and users, with the ability to understand their perspectives
