Who You Are: You are passionate about applying technology solutions to business challenges and can offer options about how technology can support organizational goals and strategic objectives. You have experience not only in software development and QA but also partnering with leadership to create the roadmap to get there. You’re excited to work in a close-knit team where ownership is a big part of your role, with a lot of creative flexibility. You want to build solutions from the ground up and thrive in this space (as a small non-profit, we don’t have all the infrastructure or systems in place).
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. With the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, you excel in managing a diverse workload and supporting dynamic programs and teams. You can easily navigate changing demands to meet the needs of the organization.

What You’ll Do: You’ll partner with program and organizational leadership to develop technical solutions to business challenges. Your work will be a balance of software development (50%), systems analysis (30%), and project management (20%).
