Albert Bow Limited is seeking a Software Engineer to join our lean, highly technical team in Manhattan. You will work directly with founders and engineers, building across backend services, APIs, data infrastructure and cloud systems, influencing architecture and owning projects through production.

You will contribute to engineering practices, use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery, and collaborate across product development, market data and internal tooling.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Python, TypeScript and AWS.
• Experience building and shipping backend services and APIs.

We’re partnering with a seed-stage fintech building the infrastructure that helps institutions access prediction markets with confidence.

Following an oversubscribed seed round backed by institutional investors, they’re hiring a Software Engineer to join their lean, highly technical team in Manhattan.

You’ll work directly with the founders and experienced engineers, building across backend services, APIs, data infrastructure and cloud systems. You’ll influence architecture, own projects and see your work reach production quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and APIs supporting institutional financial workflows.
• Develop reliable systems and data infrastructure within AWS.
• Own projects from initial design through deployment and production support.
• Work across product development, market data and internal tooling.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Approximately 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Python, TypeScript and AWS is essential.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building and shipping backend services and APIs.
• Comfortable working across application development, data and cloud infrastructure.
• A practical approach to solving problems and taking ownership with limited direction.
• Confidence using AI coding tools and validating their output.
• Willingness to work in office in Manhattan.
