Job description

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Palantir Foundry applications.
• Develop and manage Foundry ontologies, including object modeling, relationships, and semantic layers.
• Build, optimize, and monitor Foundry pipelines (ingestion, transformation, orchestration).
• Develop application-layer components using Foundry’s tooling (Code Workbook, Object Workbook, app frameworks).
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Foundry solutions.
• Partner closely with onsite stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, clinical, and supply chain teams.
• Deliver production-ready applications within short, iterative development cycles (6–12 weeks).
• Support long-term maintainability under Build–Operate–Maintain or Build–Operate–Transfer engagement models.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry work.
• Proven experience with:
• Foundry ontology design and modeling
• Foundry pipelines (ETL/ELT, transformations, orchestration)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver independently with minimal ramp-up.
• Experience working onsite with enterprise stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work in regulated or complex enterprise environments (healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting:
• Smart manufacturing
• Yield improvement / scrap reduction
• Supply chain visualization and analytics
• Clinical or operational data platforms
• Familiarity integrating Foundry with Databricks or other ML platforms.
• Experience with LLM-enabled applications within Foundry.
