What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in software engineering for mission‑critical or real‑time environments.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for ensuring software reliability in high‑stakes training environments.
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship required.
Flexibility for occasional overtime, shift work, weekend work, and CONUS travel.

Duties performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility.
Must be able to work overtime on and off‑shifts as required.
The employee is on call 24x7 for the resolution of problems and issues.

Must be able to perform normal office duties (e.g. sitting for long periods at a desk).
Must be able to travel CONUS/OCONUS via car and airplane.
Must be able to climb stairs to enter and exit a simulator.
