CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Compliance & Transformation Lead in Arlington, TX to drive financial process improvements and regulatory compliance across programs.
You will partner with program offices, finance, and operations to deliver results under FAR/DFARS rules and customer requirements. The role requires a minimum of 8 years in financial management, a Finance/Accounting background, and preferably an MBA, with DoD contracting experience and US citizenship.

CAE USA is at the front-end of a newly reset five-year strategic plan to profitably grow. The Compliance & Transformation Lead will lead through influence, and successfully partner with internal and external program, functional, and government stakeholders to deliver results. This candidate will be responsible for providing thought leadership and financial and operational strategies to ensure the achievement of the business plans and objectives.
