Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. MUST be in Cincinnati, OH area. This position is Full Time onsite. If you meet the REQUIRED skillset below.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years professional software engineering / full-stack development experience

Required:

• 1+ year with Python and VBA.
• 1+ year with relational and non-relational databases (MS SQL and MongoDB preferred)
• Experience with Git
• Hands-on experience with application testing, security practices, or compliance
• Ability to work in small teams (closely with 1 developer)
• Experience in PowerBI/DAX

Preferred not required:

• Experience with C or C++
• FastAPI or MCP experience
• Docker/Kubernetes, FluxCD, GitLab or GitHub
