Salary: $95,000–$110,000, negotiable based on experience

Position Overview We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a small, collaborative development team in Cincinnati, OH. This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and improving software applications using Python, VBA, SQL, and Power BI, while also supporting database development, application testing, security, and compliance initiatives.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple technologies and taking ownership within a smaller development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal solutions.
• Develop and support applications using Python and VBA.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, including MS SQL and MongoDB.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and DAX.
• Utilize Git for source control and development workflows.
• Support application testing, security practices, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot existing applications and implement enhancements.
