  • Troubleshoot application and user issues, perform root-cause analysis, communicate status and risks clearly, and coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, network, cloud, platform, identity and access management, and other technology teams to resolve issues.
  • Review security findings, vulnerability assessments, and penetration-test results and assist with remediation efforts in accordance with technology risk and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, support runbooks, support guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in innovation activities, proof-of-concepts, hackathons, and continuous improvement efforts that help advance engineering practices and business capabilities.
  • Participate in scheduled after-hours work when required for production deployments, maintenance activities, or critical support events. Day-to-day work and support activities are primarily performed during business hours.

  • Experience developing or supporting RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express or similar frameworks, including controllers, middleware, service layers, and authentication integration.
  • Experience working with relational databases, SQL, and scripting languages such as Python to support application development and data processing.
  • Experience with source control, testing, debugging, secure coding practices, code reviews, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues and support production systems through standard change, release, and support processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineers, technology partners, and business stakeholders.
