Itero Group is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives for leading Financial Services clients. You will design, develop, and deploy modern software solutions while partnering directly with business stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Strong full‑stack development utilizing TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Experience developing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud‑native applications.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
• Experience utilizing AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Consulting experience working directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Working across a modern full stack (TypeScript, React, Python, REST or GraphQL APIs) with hands‑on cloud experience in AWS or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics.

Software Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives for leading Financial Services clients. This individual will design, develop, and deploy modern software solutions while partnering directly with business stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise utilizing TypeScript, React, Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). This individual is comfortable working directly with clients, gathering requirements, building scalable applications, integrating enterprise systems, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to rapidly deliver innovative software solutions. Financial Services and consulting experience is preferred.
