Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines seeks a Supervisor, BSA to oversee the software development resource team within the Commercial IT group. The role ensures infrastructure and applications operate reliably to support commercial operations on a large-scale AWS-based application.

The incumbent will mentor staff, manage workloads, and coordinate with vendors, stakeholders and IT to align with roadmaps and budgets. Strong leadership and Jira proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for Boardwalk.
• Adaptive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily team activities and manage workload.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead project planning, execution and monitoring.
• Collaborate with vendors and business users to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain application knowledge base and training materials.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendor compliance.
• Provide input on roadmaps and strategic technology choices.
• Report progress and issues to the IT manager.
