Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with applicable technology, application, industry or comparable skills.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule assigned tasks with optimum efficiency for the greatest benefit to Boardwalk.
• Adaptive to a fast-paced environment that often requires managing multiple ongoing tasks, short deadlines, changing priorities, and making timely decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using logical thought processes to break down and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to make informed and timely decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Highly self-motivated and experienced in working independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Maintain a high level of emphasis on personal safety and the safety of company employees, assets, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members daily and manage workload prioritization.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor timecards and expense reports; review goals and performance.
• Plan upcoming work with stakeholders and manage contracts.
• Oversee projects’ planning, execution and monitoring progress.
• Identify team members for promotions/bonuses.
• Maintain documentation for the team and knowledgebase.
• Lead on-call support and training material development.
• Collaborate with vendors and business users to resolve issues.
• Develop solutions to support business requirements and analyze data for business cases.
