Qualifications

• 48 mos. combined work experience in systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications, testing and documenting, plus 12 mos. in the primary technology as specified by the position description.
• OR completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; AND 30 mos. combined work experience in systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications, testing and documenting, including 12 mos. in the primary technology as specified by the position description.
• OR completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; AND 24 mos. combined work experience in systems analysis, developing and/or modifying programs for computer applications, testing and documenting, including 12 mos. in the primary technology as specified by the position description.
• OR equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications and perform analysis and designs.
• Identify problems and develop potential solutions.
• Conduct testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Perform software implementation tasks, including source control and deployment activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT quality assurance standards.
