Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in software engineering with progressive leadership or management responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field; degree preferred.
Experience with PHP development, Symfony (Shopware), and WordPress/WooCommerce.
Knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite).
Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies including cloud infra and architecture.
Strong budgeting, roadmap, timelines, and resource allocation skills.
Excellent communication to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on goals, direction and long-term strategies.
Lead, mentor, and grow the development team.
Contribute to strategic ecommerce plans blending sales, marketing, technology and management to enhance brand and shopping experience.
Manage user experience: site navigation, content with marketing, checkout funnel and promotions.
Monitor plan performance and drive changes to meet targets.
Stay current on industry trends; ensure a modern, scalable tech stack.
Manage third-party IT Help Desk relationships and budgets for software teams.
Plan cybersecurity practices and make key architectural decisions.
