Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years leading or supervising technical teams.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (OroCommerce, Magento).

Responsibilities

• Lead team-level CI/CD and continuous quality practices.
• Manage and mentor engineers; oversee performance reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.

Skills

Strong PHP/Symfony

API tools (Postman, Swagger)

Test automation frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Selenium, Cypress)

Understanding of microservices

SQL/NoSQL databases

DevOps concepts and tooling

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
