Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
- 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
- 3+ years of designing or architecting systems (patterns, reliability and scaling).
- 8+ years of leading multi-tier web services development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing software development team with coaching and career development.
- Own the technical strategy and 1-2 year product roadmap for your team's software systems.
- Drive system design decisions ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product, program management, and peer teams to align priorities and deliver cohesive solutions.
- Establish operational excellence practices with metrics, audits, and quality standards.
