Amazon is seeking a Software Development Manager in New York, NY to lead a team delivering seller-facing applications with generated insights and recommendations. You will work with product, science, UX, and cross-org teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered growth advisors that autonomously propose actions and track outcomes.

You will pilot major growth solutions for concrete business use cases, guiding technical designs, architectures, and delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience.
3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsabilités

Lead a team of engineers to deliver seller-facing applications with generated insights/recommendations.
Pilot major growth solutions for concrete business use cases for our sellers.
Contribute to agile development processes and architectural designs across multiple teams.
Collaborate with PM, Scientist, UX and Seller Consultant to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
