1000 Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an IT Software Engineer in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, developing, maintaining, and supporting various applications. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, along with experience in RESTful web services, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern development technologies.
As an IT Software Engineer at Micron you will configure, develop, maintain and support Micron and third‑party applications. You will create and analyze software specifications, research, design, document, modify, and support software throughout the development life cycle. You must demonstrate functional and technical skills necessary to switch between development technologies and merge them to provide the best solution, creating quality software and participating in quality improvement efforts. You will provide solutions that create business value while minimizing negative impact from defects, downtime, or performance degradation.
