Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join its technology team in Austin, TX. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Blazor, C#/.NET, and Python, and help scale automation solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a full stack engineer, strong frontend and backend skills, Azure cloud knowledge, and experience with MSSQL and ORMs. You will collaborate with engineering teams and contribute documentation and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Blazor (WebAssembly), C#/.NET, and Python.
• Knowledge of modern cloud architecture, particularly Azure.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with relational databases (MSSQL) and ORMs.
