Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. through Experis is seeking a Product Manager 5 for our client in Irving, TX. This senior PM will support strategic initiatives across multiple business areas, lead cross-functional efforts, and advise senior leadership on innovative product management solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, strong Agile experience, and may bring AI and automation skills. Loan origination experience is a plus.

As a Product Manager 5, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Significant product management experience in Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated AI and Automation skillsets are preferred.
• Loan origination experience (consumer or commercial) is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
