Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure team is seeking strong technical leaders with expertise in distributed systems and storage to develop a highly distributed, multi-tenant cloud environment at a massive scale. Responsibilities

• Manage the design and development of high-performance, distributed key-value store as part of Object Storage Metadata Services.
• Collaborate with team members, peers, and leadership to define requirements, coordinate delivery, and integrate new features.
• Help define service strategy and roadmap.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership.
• Recruit and develop a capable, cohesive engineering team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience designing, delivering, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments.
• 10+ years experience managing or leading large-scale distributed systems projects, preferably in Cloud Storage and metadata.
• Proven success mentoring and growing engineers to senior levels.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix fundamentals, operating systems, databases, storage, and distributed systems.
• Experience with build automation, CI/CD tools.
