Job Description:

CACI is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill a Software Developer role in Chantilly, VA, supporting the customer’s modernization effort. The successful candidate will design, build, and deploy highly scalable, resilient, performant cloud microservices, develop code using various programming and scripting languages, and adhere to approved design plans and coding standards. The candidate will collaborate with UI designers to ensure seamless integration and focus on innovative solutions that add value. The CIT program specifically seeks candidates with experience in Python, AWS, RDS, and file-based storage systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with distributed cross-platform applications, orchestration, and security
• Knowledge of software quality processes, automation testing, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
• Experience using RESTful APIs and cloud environments
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and scripting languages
• Knowledge of NoSQL and file-based storage systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Terraform
• Understanding of data analysis methodologies
• Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and client-side technologies
• Experience with Unix/Linux systems
• Familiarity with data lakes, Databricks, web server technologies
• Understanding of DevOps and release engineering
• Ability to work in dynamic, Agile environments
