Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

BCMC is seeking individuals with senior-level ServiceNow Developer experience to support customer environment operations. These are remote positions.

Role Overview

The ServiceNow Developer is a technical resource with ServiceNow administration capabilities, responsible for designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services. The role requires a software development background, including ServiceNow System Administration, scripting, and application creation.

Responsibilities

1. Support technical design for architecture, ensuring high code quality and environment availability.
2. Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions.
3. Develop custom integration components and connect legacy systems with the platform.
4. Document and maintain policies, procedures, and controls, promoting agile development.
5. Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution.
6. Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
7. Collaborate with Business Analysts to estimate effort levels.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development principles, methods, and techniques.
• Experience with Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.
• ServiceNow System Administration experience.
• Requirement gathering, database design, and data modeling skills.
