BCMC is seeking experienced senior ServiceNow Developers for remote support roles.

The ServiceNow Developer will possess ServiceNow administration skills and the ability to design, build, and customize applications and services within ServiceNow. Candidates should have a background in software development, including ServiceNow System Administration, scripting, and application creation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Supporting technical design and ensuring code quality for a highly available environment.
2. Designing, prototyping, implementing, testing, and deploying business rules and solutions.
3. Developing custom integrations and connecting legacy systems using relevant technologies.
4. Documenting and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls, promoting agile development.
5. Assisting with incident resolution and designing new applications and services.
6. Collaborating with Business Analysts on effort estimation.

Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain Secret clearance and DHS suitability.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development principles, enterprise ITSM, and system administration.
• Experience with requirements gathering, database design, and data modeling.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with integrations (SSO, LDAP), APIs, and web technologies.

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting government agencies like DoD or DHS.
• Web service integration, SSO configuration, and SQL knowledge.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, and DODI 8570.1-M compliance.
