- 4 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands‑on expertise in one or more technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience developing modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with UI/UX design, user research, and responsive web design.
- A proven track record of contributing to website redesigns, digital modernization programs, or customer experience initiatives.
- Ability to develop wireframes, mockups, or user experience recommendations.
- Knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
- Exposure to laboratory, quality management, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Understanding of proficiency testing programs, reference materials, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17043, or laboratory quality systems.
- Experience within mining, minerals, environmental, industrial, or scientific testing industries.

Pay Range*:
$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
