Daily Responsibilities

• Leads activities for the architecture, design, and lifecycle management (program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation).
• Provides authoritative technical direction for Python-based automation and application solutions that support enterprise efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Performs code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Possesses technical knowledge and responsibility for all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
• Updates, repairs, modifies, and expands existing computer programs.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation and provides technical guidance and mentorship.

Required Degree and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency

Required Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Experience serving as the Lead Software Architect.
• Experience building, migrating, and maintaining apps in government-authorized cloud environments.
• Designing, developing, and lifecycle management of Python-based software applications and automation tools, providing specialized technical leadership.

Required Clearance

• Tier 3 background investigation.
