Job summary

InfoTrack is seeking a Software Developer to build and enhance ServeManager, expanding our desktop, mobile, and API integrations. The role supports growth, with a hybrid schedule in Denver and collaboration across teams to meet roadmaps.

You will hands-on develop new features, review AI-assisted code, and integrate with Stripe, Maxio, and other APIs. You will work on RESTful services, QA, and maintain existing code while contributing to a high-performance culture that values open communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• 5+ years of full stack web application development.
• 5+ years’ experience with JavaScript‑Stimulus and Turbo.
• 5+ years of PostgreSQL—writing efficient queries, understanding schema design and performance basics.
• 5+ years’ experience in information architecture and UI management.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Demonstrated ability to review, validate, and refine AI‑generated code to production quality.
• Experience with agentic workflows – delegating multi‑step features to tools like Claude Code.
• Knowledge of open‑source projects and frameworks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Meticulous QA and testing.

About the role

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing new and enhanced features for ServeManager. You will use your expertise to expand, adapt, and integrate our process fulfillment platform to support continued growth and scalability. Your work will enhance our desktop and mobile platforms, APIs, and partner integrations.

Hybrid Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role, with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our Denver office.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation range of $75,000 to $135,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
