Job summary

InfoTrack is seeking a Software Developer to design, build, test, and deploy features for ServeManager, enhancing desktop, mobile, APIs, and partner integrations. This hybrid role includes in-office days in Denver and a compensation range of $75,000 to $135,000 depending on experience and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack web application development.
• 5+ years' experience with JavaScript - Stimulus and Turbo (Experience is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in PostgreSQL - writing efficient queries, understanding schema design and performance basics.
• 5+ years' experience in information architecture and UI management.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Demonstrated ability to review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to production quality.
• Experience with agentic workflows - delegating multi-step features to tools like Claude Code.
• Knowledge of open-source projects and frameworks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Meticulous QA and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and features for existing applications.
• Work closely with the management team to improve products and meet product roadmap deadlines.
• Analyze user needs and workflows to create easy-to-use interfaces.
• Test code before deployment.
• Update and maintain RESTful API endpoints.
• Create back-end code and integrate with third-party APIs.
• Maintain existing code and resolve bugs.
• Review code developed by other team members.
