Job summary

Technology Partners in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Software Developer – Imaging & Automation to design and implement image analysis pipelines that support greenhouse production workflows. Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills for image processing and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision and machine learning frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Docker or similar containerization technologies.
• Experience interfacing with I/O devices for automation or machine control.
• Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (ABET-accredited preferred).

What You Will Be Doing

You will join our greenhouse operations team as a Software Developer focused on imaging technology and automation. In this role, you will design and implement image analysis pipelines that support production workflows, working closely with automation, infrastructure, and operations teams. You will build and deploy solutions that extract insights from images and integrate them into real-time control systems, ensuring seamless data transmission across enterprise networks.
