Technology Partners Inc. is seeking a Software Developer focused on Imaging & Automation to design and implement image analysis pipelines for greenhouse production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills, especially for image processing and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision and ML frameworks such as OpenCV, YOLO, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Docker or similar containerization technologies.
• Linux environment experience.
• Experience interfacing with I/O devices for automation or machine control.
• Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (ABET-accredited preferred).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React) for frontend development is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will join our greenhouse operations team as a Software Developer focused on imaging technology and automation. In this role, you will design and implement image analysis pipelines that support production workflows, working closely with automation, infrastructure, and operations teams.
