Capital Insurance Group in Reno, NV is seeking a Software Developer II to deliver bug fixes and enhancements within a fast-paced IT team. This hybrid-eligible role combines on-site collaboration Monday–Wednesday with remote days Thursday and Friday.

You should have at least a bachelor’s in computer science and 1+ year of software development. Proficiency in C#, Java, and .NET is expected, with exposure to Agile practices and a collaborative approach to solving business problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 1+ years of software development.
• Foundational aptitude in Software Development, Engineering Practices, Quality Practices, and Solution Development.
• Knowledge in Web application and Web Services development (C#, Java, etc.), .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Java.
• Exposure to agile development approaches.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
