Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Six or more years of related experience, preferably in workers' compensation or insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Guidewire applications, enterprise integrations, and other internally developed software.
• Lead or contribute to application design discussions, considering feasibility, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, vendors, and IT teammates to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document design decisions, code changes, and deployment procedures.
• Follow testing, release management, and post-release support processes.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
