Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience, preferably in workers' compensation or insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Guidewire knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Guidewire applications and enterprise integrations.
• Lead or contribute to application design discussions for maintainability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Document design decisions, code changes, and deployment procedures.
• Work within software development, testing, and release processes.
• Use testing tools and peer reviews to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and modify existing code to improve functionality.
• Support IT projects with software components.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
