Job summary

aizoOn USA, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, provides warehouse automation software to distribution and fulfillment operations worldwide. We are looking for an experienced developer who enjoys both building software and solving customer problems, to help evolve our products and keep our customers' operations running.

The Role

You will split your time between software development and technical support for customers using our warehouse automation solutions, including Diamond Warehouse and PowerPick. You will write and maintain code, troubleshoot issues, support installations and upgrades, and work closely with our engineering and field service teams. Our technology stack includes C++, C#, Java, PHP, and SQL.

Responsibilities

Must have requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Software development experience in one or more of C++, C#, Java, or PHP
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise software, ideally in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with WMS/WES platforms, conveyor or carousel systems, or material handling controls
• Experience with source control and modern development workflows such as Git
