Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Princeton, NJ to maintain and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines and IaC on AWS. The role focuses on automation, reliability, and secure deployments across environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This 5-month temp role offers 40 hrs/week with potential to convert to direct hire. Strong GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS experience are required, along with scripting skills in Python or Bash.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• 2+ years of experience administering and supporting code.client.com repositories and pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple deployment environments.
• 2+ years of Python or Bash scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize scalable and secure GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and manage IaC using Terraform on AWS.
• Oversee development, testing, staging, and production environments to ensure smooth deployments.
• Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows while improving pipeline performance, reliability, and security.
• Partner with software architects, developers, and QA teams to implement DevOps best practices.
