Job summary

U-Haul International is seeking a Software Developer to join the Receive Team, focused on customer self-service. You will work on high-performance applications used across the US and Canada, delivering simple, understandable processes that enable customers to rent equipment at any time.

The role combines customer-facing web experiences with internal tools and requires collaboration across QA, Operations, and other dev teams.

Our Receive Team is looking fora Software Developer to join the U-Haul family. This person must be ready to immerse themselves in the world of customer self-service. The applications managed by this team are high performance, in high demand and are used by customers across the US and Canada.Developers on this team must strive to provide a simple, easy to understand process that allows any customer to rent our equipment at any time.

This system includes both customer-facing web experiences and internal tools to manage the process. If you have a passion for customer service and building a positive customer experience using technology, this is the team for you.

Responsibilities:

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. After World War II, there existed the widespread need for do-it-yourself moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis.
