Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer to contribute to the development of our proprietary asset management software solutions. The role involves owning large, complex features or components, often across multiple teams, and playing a key part in advancing our software capabilities.

Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in a software development role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software engineering, or a related field
• Recent experience with C#, ASP.NET, and TypeScript
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as C++ or Python is a plus
• Experience with modern web frontends like Angular or React
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Experience developing microservice applications in containerized environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for technology and making a meaningful impact

Preferred:

• Experience with 3D graphics in web environments

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development: Design, develop, and implement new features; debug and resolve issues; optimize code for performance and scalability.
2. Collaboration and Teamwork: Participate in Agile/Scrum processes; collaborate with QA, UX, and product teams; lead small technical projects and assign tasks to junior developers.

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. The listed salary range is not adjusted for geographic location. We are currently unable to sponsor new employment visas, including H-1B and O-1.
