Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. in Maine is seeking a Software Engineer to build out applications and infrastructure for the Tyler suite of products, focusing on customer satisfaction. You will develop and run automated tests to ensure stability and quality.

You will operate in both agile and waterfall environments, collaborate with product teams, assist with deployments, and contribute to process improvements, including cloud migration efforts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with, or aptitude for, .NET and/or C# coding and SQL Server integrations.
• Experience with automated tests, continuous deployment, and/or test-driven development.
• 1-3 years of software design and development experience with conventional technologies.
• Superior communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills is a must.
• Demonstrated ability for effective multi-tasking and tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to be successful working on highly visible deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate across team or division boundaries.
• Experience with data modeling tools and web services is beneficial.
