Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and coding custom applications, scripts, and tools to support company operations.
• Work with senior developers to test, debug, and deploy software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Help integrate new applications with existing systems such as ERP, project management, and data analytics platforms.
• Maintain and update documentation for software tools, APIs, and processes.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional software features.
• Support data migration and cleanup efforts as part of system upgrades or transitions.
• Participate in Book Club assignments to enhance communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Contribute to a LEAN development project, presenting your work to company leadership at the end of the internship.
