As part of the AWS Solutions organization, you will work on Amazon Connect, a cloud‑based contact center that leverages AI, machine learning, and a suite of AWS services to deliver dynamic, personal customer service experiences. Your role is to design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient systems that power the next generation of contact center technology.
• Own the full development lifecycle for new and existing features, from architectural design to implementation, testing, and operations. • Collaborate closely with senior technical leaders, product managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure architecture, performance, and reliability meet business and customer needs. • Build services using modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI/ML, and Big Data technologies, ensuring high quality and maintainability. • Write clear, well‑tested code and conduct rigorous code reviews. • Contribute to architectural decisions, reliability guidelines, and system scaling approaches. • Maintain a strong customer focus, translating real customer problems into actionable technical solutions.
