Job Description:

The Content Platform team seeks a Software Development Engineer to provide first-level support and develop solutions for production software issues in merchandising applications. Your work will directly impact our customers! Responsibilities include developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, fixing internally developed code (Perl, C/C++, Java), performing SQL queries, enhancing systems that gather feature metrics, and updating/documenting systems. You will also collaborate on Client Corporate and Divisional Software projects, improve existing software, automate support processes, and document systems.

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is interested in a software development career, eager to expand coding skills, and gain exposure to various applications. Must be detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, capable of working independently, and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Preferred skills include Perl, C/C++, Java, Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/Linux. A degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2-5 years of relevant experience are required.
