Software Dev Engineer II, Cross Border Tech

Cross Border expansions team is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to work on our Cross Border technology stacks, enabling the launch of new Cross Border features with local language, currency, payments, and more. This role is central to Amazon's Cross Border strategy, focusing on designing innovative solutions to reduce time to market, standardize execution, and support global expansion.

You will be responsible for building, operating, and evolving our platform to address complex technical challenges across areas such as information extraction, large-scale computing, distributed systems, web applications, data mining, scalability, security, and algorithms. The role emphasizes simplicity, creativity, and sound judgment. You will also help stabilize daily operations, improve build and testing processes, and ensure compliance with organizational software and security standards.
