Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an Electrical & Software Design Engineer to advance automation for global food processing systems in Glinde. You will design electrical hardware and software for machine control, coordinate requirements, and support products through their lifecycle.

In an international project environment, you will collaborate with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure compliant, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with automation systems and commissioning of machines in industrial environments.
• Experience integrating hardware and software in machine control environments.

• Technical Coordination: Define and align technical requirements for development tasks from concept to implementation.
• Electrical System Design: Develop low-voltage electrical systems, control and drive components, safety, and sensors.
• Software Development: Design and implement software for machine control, HMIs, and drive technologies.
• Project Contribution: Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with international stakeholders.
