Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Software Configuration Analyst to support Crane NSWC, IN. Responsibilities include CM tool development, hardware/software installation, system analysis, and security compliance under DoD 8500.1/8570.01. Candidates must meet DoD 8140/IAT II and obtain Security Clearance.

Role requires strong communication, organizational, and multi-project prioritization skills, with the ability to pass interim clearance to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience or Master's degree with no required experience.
• Meets DoD 8140/IAT Level II requirements to be eligible for CWF requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of DoD regulations 8500.1 and 8570.01.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple project assignments.
• ACAS Certification.
• Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance; Interim Clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software products.
• Provide planning, scheduling, and installation of hardware, operating systems and applications software.
• Perform system analysis and support development of hardware and software for support of AEA development activities.
• Support modifications to existing hardware and software systems, test facilities, and training facilities.
• Manage computer accounts, privileges and access to systems and equipment.
• Manage the installation and integration of systems fixes, updates, and enhancements.
• Implement security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with DoD regulations 8500.1 and 8570.01.
