Job summary

Syntagma Group is seeking a qualified QA Engineer to implement testing strategies and automate scripts for multiple software releases. You will define scope, build test scenarios, and validate functionality across versions, while coordinating testing efforts for complex systems.

Candidates should have 5+ years experience, knowledge of SDLC, SQL data validation, and familiarity with Jira/Git. DoD Secret clearance eligibility is required; NAVAIR ALRE/SE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience automating test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, and Eggplant.
• Experience with Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience writing SQL queries for data verification and validation.
• Experience using Bug Tracking tools like Jira and source code version control like Git.
• Knowledge of test planning, case/script development, execution, and reporting.
• NAVAIR ALRE/SE experience would be a plus.

• Proficiency in the Web and Internet technologies with strong skills in software QA methodologies.
• NAVAIR experience, specifically Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and/or aircraft Support Equipment (SE), would be a plus.
