Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architectural solutions for performance and scalability.
• Design frameworks, tooling, and standards for resilience and maintainability.
• Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to embed architectural principles.
• Contribute hands-on to prototypes and production systems that demonstrate scalable design.
• Guide teams in distributed system patterns, fault tolerance, and observability from day one.
• Provide design reviews and technical guidance to raise engineering quality.
• Align architectural decisions with business priorities and platform strategy.
