Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years backend development with C# or Java and strong architecture skills.
• Experience designing distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Proven track record in building high-performance, scalable services with automated tests.
• Experience mentoring engineers and guiding architecture decisions.
• Commitment to engineering excellence and reliable systems.
