Texas Instruments is seeking a leader to oversee the design, integration and validation of Complex Device Drivers (CDDs) into customer AUTOSAR systems, ensuring high‑performance Battery Management Solutions are embedded in the AUTOSAR BSW layer to meet ISO26262 safety requirements.
You will collaborate with customers to define system requirements for CDD development, lead technical issue analysis and debugging, and drive ASPICE compliance and functional safety across programs, including

Oversees the work of software applications engineers. Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs software and modifies software enhancements and / or new products for customers. Using current programming languages, tools, and technologies, writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of software applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance along with go to market collateral and designs. Serves as a technical expert for sales and the customer to define system requirements and / or necessary modifications both before and after a sale (customer ramp) through providing software trouble shooting on customer solutions.
You are responsible for leading the design, integration and validation of Complex Device Drivers (CDDs) into customer AUTOSAR systems. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring that the high-performance Battery Management Solutions (BMS) features are successfully integrated into the AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) layer according to strict and safety requirements (ISO26262).
