118-WW TMG MFG OPS is seeking a Software Applications Engineer focused on embedded systems. You will design, develop, and debug embedded software across the full lifecycle, aligning with stakeholders on requirements and delivering high-quality solutions for AUTOSAR-based BMS integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and strong customer-focused software development. Experience with ISO26262 and ASPICE is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software experience including embedded systems, MCUs/MPUs and OSes.
• Experience with BSW, middleware components, and automotive software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with customers and develop CDDs to meet BMS needs.
• Integrate BMP device CDDs into AUTOSAR BSW using MCAL drivers and RTE.
• Verify CDDs to support scalable architectures for customer use cases.
• Lead debugging, root-cause analysis and performance optimization.
