Job summary

Jedson Engineering is seeking an Application Developer to support, enhance, and modernize our internally developed business platform. The role will work with stakeholders, developers, and our DBA/SQL Engineer to deliver enhancements, integrations, reporting solutions, and process improvements.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Insight platform, backend PHP functionality, SQL queries and reports, and building integrations with internal and third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries against relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with IIS and Windows-hosted web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements.
• Experience using source control systems such as Git.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and our DBA/SQL Engineer to deliver application enhancements, integrations, reporting solutions, and process improvements.
